Sheena is native to Central New York, where she graduated in 2017 from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca. Her training at FLSM emphasized a holistic approach — drawing from both Eastern and Western methods to address the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.
Sheena's practice integrates Swedish massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and mindful stretching and movement. Every session she delivers is curated to the individual, guided by slow and purposeful work, intuition, and ongoing communication. She believes that collaboration between therapist and client is not just helpful — it's essential to effective bodywork.
Since joining Meridian, Sheena has expanded her certifications to include SportStretch, Reiki III, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage — earning her MLD-C credential. Her lymphatic drainage work is particularly sought after for post-surgical recovery, immune support, and chronic swelling.
